The project
Managed by Cushman&Wakefiled, the office building at Viale Sarca 235 underwent refurbishing in 2014 which concerned the entire façade, a new double height entrance lobby, new external emergency staircases and the installation of new mechanical and electric systems.
Precisely, the most significant works concerned: the installation of multi-purpose air heat pump refrigeration units, the introduction of the DALI lighting control system, the installation of a photo-voltaic system, and a rainwater collection and storage system for toilet flushing. These works led to the obtainment of the Gold LEED certification for the building.
